About the event
Museum director Richard Lartz will present on the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act of 1990 (NAGPRA) and the Great Bend Aspect. The presentation offers a general overview of NAGPRA and its purpose, and examines the funerary practices of the ancestral Wichita who inhabited Great Bend Aspect sites in Kansas.
