VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION 2008

The Barton County Historical Society staff conducted the annual Volunteer Orientation on the afternoon of April 3, 2008, at the Museum. Without volunteers, the Museum and Village could not operate. Society President Marion Lightfoot welcomed the attendees before Volunteer Coordinator Karen Naylor, Executive Director Beverly Komarek, Office Manager Frances Wasson and others explained volunteer procedures. This was followed by a presentation on the Museum and Village while refreshments were served.
